1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms presented to you during the course of using our services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the client, and Grain Bespoke, legally represented by Benjamin Heath.
2. Services Provided
Grain Bespoke offers custom woodwork and carpentry services, including but not limited to custom furniture, decks and outdoor structures, commercial interiors, and van conversions. All work is custom-made to client specifications, and each project requires a consultation to determine design, materials, and pricing.
3. Quotations and Payment Terms
- Quotations: We provide free quotes based on the initial consultation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Any modifications after the quote may incur additional costs.
- Deposits: Upon acceptance of a quote, a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to delivery or installation.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed upon in writing.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines for project completion will be provided at the start of each project. These timelines are subject to change due to availability of materials, unforeseen delays, or design adjustments requested by the client. Grain Bespoke will keep clients informed of any changes to the timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications and preferences during the consultation and approval process. Any changes requested after the project has commenced may result in additional costs and time adjustments.
6. Warranty and Liability
- Warranty: Grain Bespoke warrants that all custom-made pieces are free from material defects and workmanship errors under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery or installation. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
- Limitation of Liability: Grain Bespoke, operating under Benjamin Heath, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Returns and Refunds
As all products are custom-made to client specifications, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, if there is a fault in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, drawings, and renderings created by Grain Bespoke for a project remain the intellectual property of Grain Bespoke. These materials may not be reproduced, used, or distributed without written consent.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
